Job Description

Hastings People is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a new hospitality venue in Bangalow. You will lead daily service in a 25-seat operation with solid takeaway focus, joining at the start of the journey and growing with the business.

You will work closely with the chef, manage a small team of up to four, roster and order initially with owner support, and contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences over a 38-hour, five-day week, with potential expansion to seven days.
