Talent International is partnering with a major NSW Government organisation to recruit a Senior Analyst - Data & Performance. This role focuses on data analysis, performance reporting and insights, handling complex datasets to identify trends and improve data quality.
The Senior Analyst will develop and refine performance measures, KPIs and reporting frameworks, and will work with stakeholders in a complex government workplace to drive service improvements.
