FreshGro Baby Salad Leaf Growers: We are recruiting for an Experienced Tractor Operator (Ground Prep) for the Lockyer Valley, Queensland. These roles will be casual initially, with the potential to become full-time positions for motivated people with a skilled mindset to join us year-round.

Duties and Responsibilities

n
- Soil Management – groundwork duties.
n
- All aspects of growing from ground prep through to harvest.
n
- Plan weekly activities.
n
- Rotary Hoe bed forming, ripping, for direct seeding onto Beds.
n
- General maintenance: as a machine operator, you are required to keep machines tidy and maintained.
n
- Meet KPI's.
n
- Training in Row crop practices will be provided.
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
- Minimum 2 years tractor driving experience.
n
- Willing to learn and take direction.
n
- Be able to plan your work week.
n
- Own Transport.
n
- Team player & Attention to detail in your work are a must.
n
n
