Job Description

St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland in Mackay seeks an AOD Therapeutic Case Manager to champion client-centred recovery through tailored case management strategies. With deep clinical insight and therapeutic expertise, you will empower individuals to actively engage in their journey toward wellbeing.

This permanent part time role (20 hours per week) is based in Mackay. A Bachelor-level qualification in Community Mental Health or related discipline is required, along with knowledge of AOD
