RAC Joondalup is hiring a Receptionist to join our reception contact centre. You will answer member calls, identify needs and connect them with the right RAC team, delivering friendly and qualified service from the first interaction.

This role supports service targets, requires accurate data entry and general admin tasks, and offers ongoing training in a supportive team environment. Flexibility to cover a Monday–Friday roster with Saturdays on rotation is provided.
