The Capricornian Bank is expanding into Mackay, and we are seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to help establish our recent Mackay branch. You will be the friendly face in branch and over the phone, assisting customers with everyday banking needs and building local relationships.

We value a positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided, and you will join a supportive team dedicated to helping people achieve their financial goals.
