Hatchery Administration Officer - Tamworth

We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer for a Part time role to join one of our national client based in Tamworth.

Responsibilities:

- Provide general office administration and data entry.
- Order and receive stores and maintain accurate records.
- Handle telephone and public enquiries.
- Maintain compliance, WHS and EMS documentation, registers and records.
- Monitor routine maintenance tasks and follow up on required actions.
- Prepare weekly EMS and WHS reports.
- Maintain hazard, risk, training and compliance registers.
- Coordinate staff training, toolbox talks and external training.
- Support WHS and quality audits, meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Maintain document control and electronic filing, ensuring records are current.
- Monitor noticeboards,



contractor compliance and COR requirements.
- Update risk assessments and other relevant registers.

To be successful for this role, you will need to:

- Excellent relationship & team builder
- MUST have office administration experience
- Great communication skills
- Local area knowledge -an advantage but not required
- Farming background - an advantage but not required
- Physically fit
- Full work rights within Australia
- Own reliable Transport (essential)
- Current Drivers Licence (essential)
- Clear & Understandable spoken English
- DO NOTown pigs or birds at your home
