Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. The successful candidate will be confident running a busy hot section, with robust experience in pasta production and service.

Key responsibilities

n

Run a busy hot section with confidence

n

Take ownership of your section and maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency and cleanliness

n

Ensure service runs smoothly under pressure

n

Work closely with senior chefs

n

Assist with training junior team members

n

Contribute to menu development

n

Help foster a positive, professional kitchen culture

n

About you

n

Strong experience in pasta production and service

n

Organised, reliable and proactive

n

Genuine passion for cooking and continuous improvement

n

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

n

Ability to take responsibility and lead by example
