Job Description

Eloma Care in Punchbowl, NSW, Australia is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to support participants in daily living, helping them build confidence and independence in everyday activities. You will empower clients to make choices, join them in community activities and outings, and work with families to understand goals while maintaining clear records.

Required qualifications include NDIS screening, WWCC, first aid, driver's licence, and a transparent police check; experience with sensitive support
