Job Description

Lutwyche Family Practice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing service in a warm, independent and doctor-owned general practice.

This hands-on role combines patient care with leadership, focusing on strengthening chronic condition management, preventive care, and improving systems to ensure protected, well-organised patient care. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager and two Principal GPs to deliver high-quality service.
