We're looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to join our Redcliffe store team for our busiest time of year!

This is a seasonal casual position running across November 2026 - January 2027. Full availability throughout this entire period is essential, including weekdays, weekends and the busy Christmas/New Year retail period.

About the role

- Providing friendly and genuine customer service
n
- Helping customers with styling, sizing and product recommendations
n
- Processing sales and returns
n
- Replenishing and maintaining stock
n
- Keeping the store beautifully presented
n
- Assisting with fitting rooms
n
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods
n
- Helping with general opening, closing and store tasks
n

About you

- Have full availability from November through January
n
- Are available across weekdays and weekends
n
- Are confident, approachable and love chatting with customers
n
- Enjoy fashion and styling
n
- Work well in a fast-paced team workplace
n
- Are reliable, proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed
n
- Have retail or customer service experience - preferred, but not essential
n
