Flanco is seeking an FRP Civils Supervisor to lead diverse in office crews in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on quality, budget and safety across projects that run 3–6 months with crew rotations.
You will report to the Director and drive project delivery with a strong emphasis on teamwork, longevity, and safe work practices while maintaining project compliance across sites nationwide.
