Golding Contractors is seeking a Safety, Health, Workplace and Training (SHET) Advisor to support our urban project sites around Brisbane. This boots-on-the-ground role requires visible on-site presence and the ability to influence safe behaviours across multiple teams.

You will partner with Project Managers to drive a positive safety culture, deliver SHET training, conduct risk assessments, aid in toolbox talks, inductions and incident investigations, and help maintain project-specific SHET
