Key skills:

n

Minimum 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development roles.

n

• ServiceNow Admin Certification (or higher).

n

• ITIL Practitioner Certification (or higher).

n

• Strong experience with Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow Design.

n

• Experience across scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell) and frameworks (.NET, Angular, React).

n

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.

n

• Demonstrated experience with APIs, middleware, and network technologies (firewalls, proxies, etc.).

n

• Background in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple integration points.

n

• Ability to produce detailed solution documentation and stakeholder communications.

n

Desirable skills:

n





Ability to develop, script, and enhance ServiceNow modules and integrations (e.g., ITSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM).

n

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

n

• Robust communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement technical plans and improvements.

n

• Build and maintain release plans and environment provisioning in ServiceNow.

n

• Document technical designs and architecture including "as built" and operations guides.

n

• Monitor and assess emerging technologies and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
