Workhorse Staffing is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Tradesman who enjoys hands-on fabrication, problem solving, and producing high-quality architectural metalwork - not repetitive production line work.

If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy seeing varied, custom work come together from drawings through to finished install-ready components, this role will keep you engaged.

The Work

You'll be involved in full start-to-finish fabrication of architectural sheet metal components, including:

- Flashings, box gutters, rainwater heads, cladding details and custom one-off pieces
- Reading drawings and accurately marking out jobs from scratch
- Hand folding and precision bench fabrication
- Operating workshop machinery including rollformers, guillotines,



press brake, folders and notchers
- Welding and fabrication work as required
- Delivering accurate, high-quality work to tight tolerances

What We're Looking For

- Confident reading drawings and working independently
- Skilled across sheet metal machinery and hand fabrication
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Someone who enjoys varied, custom fabrication rather than repetitive production work
