Rochester and Elmore District Health Service invites applications for a Part-Time Practice Nurse at the Rochester Primary Care Centre. The position is 32 hours per fortnight, working Tuesdays and Thursdays, with ongoing commitment.

The successful candidate will provide high quality nursing care to GP practice clients, support the GP in assessments, plans and procedures, and work within a cooperative rural health team.
