Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking to work in a vibrant, bustling and award winning venue?

The Brougham Arms Hotel in Bendigo is on the hunt for skilled Casual Chef's to join our kitchen team. With at least 2 years of qualified experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food to our loyal customers.

We are looking for chef's to start immediately (if possible) for 3-5 days/nights a week.

What you'll be doing

n

- Preparing high-quality meals and dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
n
- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking areas are clean, well-organised and comply with health and safety regulations
n
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest requests

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar high-volume hospitality environment
n
- Excellent culinary skills and a keen eye for presentation
n




- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
n
- Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious and visually appealing meals
n
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade
n
- Food safety and hygiene certification
n
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
