About the Role

n

Our Administration Assistants play an important part in the day-to-day operation of our business. Depending on your experience and interests, duties may include:

n

- General administration and data entry
n
- Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries
n
- Processing paperwork, orders and internal documentation
n
- Email and customer correspondence
n
- Assisting different departments within the business
n
- General accounts,



payroll or office administration support
n
- Working with our internal computer systems and Microsoft Office
n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

- Energetic, positive and confident

- Friendly and professional with customers and fellow team members
n
- Robust communicators with good customer service skills
n
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
- Strong computer literacy and experience working with office-based systems
n
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
n
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Experience with accounting packages, payroll software or similar business systems would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We provide in-house training and support for the right applicants.
