Job Description

The Bald Rock Hotel in Rozelle, one of Sydney's oldest pubs, is seeking a full time Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will work in a small close-knit team, ensuring high-quality food and strict standards in a busy kitchen.

Minimum 3 years' experience and a Certificate IV in commercial cookery are required. You will help with menu planning, food budgets and labour costs, oversee food preparation, and manage rosters, hiring, and training while maintaining stock
