MPE Motorcycle performance and Enhancment, Australia's leading motorcycle suspension tuning and performance workshop, we deliver the full experience for riders — from bike sales and servicing to custom suspension setups, performance upgrades and accessories.

About the Role

n

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Motorcycle Salesperson to join our growing team.
n If you love motorcycles, enjoy talking about them, and get a buzz from helping riders find their perfect machine, this is the job for you.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

Proactively selling current and used motorcycles

n

Accessorising and upselling to match customers' riding needs

n





Suspension Sales with WP Suspension and up grades for all motorcycles

n

Managing quotes, orders, and follow-ups

n

Keeping our showroom looking sharp and inviting

n

Helping out across parts, accessories, and suspension enquiries when needed

n

About You

n

We're looking for a rider at heart — someone who knows bikes, loves talking bikes, and can turn that passion into genuine customer connections.

n

You'll bring:

n

Experience in motorcycle, automotive sales even from racing motorcycles

n

Solid knowledge of bikes

n

A customer-first mindset with top-notch communication skills

n

The ability to manage your time, show initiative, and stay organised

n

Computer literacy (C9 software experience a bonus)

n

The flexibility to work a 5-day roster (Mon–Sat)
