CGC Recruitment is partnering with a growing builder to appoint a Contract Administrator for a 40-unit social housing development in Eagleby, Brisbane region. You will own contract administration from procurement to final accounts on a $15m project, with a second project in the pipeline.

Working with senior leadership, you will manage subcontracts, variations, cost reporting and budget control, ensuring delivery on time and to budget.
