MICM is looking for a motivated and commercially minded New Business & Property Manager to take ownership of a boutique portfolio while driving the growth of new managements across our business.

n

This is not a traditional Property Management role.

n

You'll have the opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge and client relationships to generate new business, conduct management appraisals, work closely with our Sales and Leasing teams, and play a direct role in the growth of one of Melbourne's leading property management businesses. At the same time, you'll maintain a manageable portfolio that keeps you connected to your clients and the day-to-day operations of property management.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Portfolio Management

n

n
- Managing a boutique residential portfolio.
n
- Conducting routine, entry and vacate inspections.
n
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor management.
n
- Managing lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters.
n
- Building long-term relationships with rental providers and renters.
n




- Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation.
n

Business Development

n

n
- Securing new managements through prospecting, referrals and networking.
n
- Conducting management appraisals and presentations.
n
- Building relationships with investors, developers and referral partners.
n
- Working closely with the Sales and Leasing teams to identify opportunities.
n
- Maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
n
- Contributing directly to portfolio growth and business success.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous Property Management experience.
n
- Robust knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation.
n
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting new people.
n
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
n
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
n
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
n
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle - we also have a range of company vehicles you can book
