Medical & Aged Care Group seeks a Clinical Care Coordinator for Boronia Aged Care on a fixed-term contract from October 2026 to April 2027. You will lead and mentor clinical teams to deliver secure, personalised and dignified care, ensuring compliance, governance and continuous improvement across the home.

Ideal applicants are experienced Registered Nurses with strong leadership, time management and communication skills, dedicated to resident-centred practice and MACG values of compassion, dignity
