Grosvenor Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to lead the development and review of injury management and return-to-work policies across Australia, working from our Moorebank office with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will manage workers' compensation claims, coordinate with WorkSafe and insurers, and drive wellbeing initiatives while partnering with HR and operations to ensure compliant, effective injury management across states.
