Queensland Country Health Fund / HBF in Mt Isa is seeking a Member Acquisition Consultant to deliver an exceptional level of service to Members and staff at the Queensland Country Bank retail centre.

You will be the first point of contact for our Members, guiding them through policy options, claims conversations and membership changes to derive maximum value from their membership, whether in person, by phone, email or online.
