NRI Holdings is seeking an IT skilled to deliver high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites in Brisbane. You will resolve incidents, assist users with day-to-day technology needs, and ensure smooth operation of Windows environments.
The role requires hands-on experience with imaging hardware, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM, plus ITIL practices and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow. Travel between sites and a valid driver’s licence are required.
