About the Role

n

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support high-volume recruitment for our Australian sales team.

n

You'll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is a hands-on, KPI-driven role suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and working at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK,



referrals and other channels
n
- Conduct phone/video screens and assess candidate suitability
n
- Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process
n
- Coordinate interviews and offers
n
- Maintain accurate ATS records
n
- Track recruitment activity and hiring KPIs
n
- Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment needs
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 0–2 years' recruitment experience
n
- Experience in sales, BD or high-volume recruitment is preferred
n
- Comfortable working towards recruitment KPIs
n
- Robust communication and follow-up skills
n
- Organised, proactive and resilient
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or ATS is a plus
