Core Responsibilities & What You'll Bring

Production experience with Kotlin or Java on Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and Flyway migrations.

Also bring TypeScript and React experience in production: the frontend is yours too.

Have genuine agentic development experience, not a tool you've tried once: the ability to scope a small change laterally, work out everywhere it touches the codebase, and direct an agent accordingly.

Work with a test-driven mindset and build in preventative controls as standard.

Bring experience integrating financial or ERP APIs, and the scar tissue that comes with it: idempotency, partial failure, reconciliation.

Be Australian based with full working rights.
