About the Role

As a resourcer, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and managing healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process.

This is a highly people-focused role where you'll develop relationships with candidates, understand their career aspirations and help connect them with exciting opportunities across the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing candidate enquiries and job applications
- Actively cold calling candidates, engaging them in a role or pitching an prospect
- Screening, searching and identifying candidates for opportunities




- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Coordinating interviews and candidate appointments
- Providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Managing candidate records and activity within our CRM
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants on active assignments
- Conducting reference checks and candidate follow-up
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders as required
- Maintaining accurate administration and compliance records

About You

We're interested in speaking with individuals who enjoy working with people and have strong organisation and communication skills.
