Barwon Health is seeking a Lead Aged Care On-Site Pharmacist Grade 3 to oversee high-quality pharmacy services across residential aged care facilities and transitions of care. You will lead medication management, ensure protected and efficient use of medicines, and contribute to governance and education within Barwon Health.
The role offers a full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) with opportunities for professional development and involvement in system-wide quality improvement initiatives.
