Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a Casual Chef de Partie to join our Banquets Kitchen. You will be experienced in various cooking techniques with a flair for creativity and knowledge of grill, larder and pastry sections.
A passion for hospitality and presenting high-quality dishes using seasonal Australian produce is essential. You must have excellent communication skills to work in a busy workplace and support the development of other Chefs, including Commis and Demi Chefs, Cooks and Apprentices.
