Commercial General Landscape Construction Assistant

ACE Landscapes QLD is a growing, family-run commercial landscaping company delivering quality projects for local government and developers across Brisbane.

n

We're looking for askilled, hands-on General Landscape Construction Assistant who enjoys a mix of landscaping and structural installation project work.

n

The Role

n

Work on a variety of commercial and public projects including:

n

n
- General landscaping & site preparation
n
- Set-out (heights, levels & positioning)
n
- Concreting & formwork
n
- Installation of shelters, sheds, park furniture & landscape structures
n
- Cladding, roofing (Colorbond)
n
- Using hand & power tools safely and efficiently
n

n

No two days are the same — this is a practical, site-based role for someone who likes building things properly and takes pride in continually refining their skills and striving for mastery.

n

About You

n

You will need to have experience in:

n

n
- Commercial landscaping, carpentry, steel assembly or similar
n
- Installing structures including park shelters, park furniture and small storage sheds.
n




- Concreting or formwork
n
- Confident in interpreting plans and specifications
n

n

You are:

- Reliable and physically fit
n
- Confident working independently and in a team
n
- Can work on the fly and solve problems
n
- Detail-focused and proud of your workmanship
n
- Safety-conscious with a solid work ethic
n
- 4th year apprentices or experienced tradespeople are encouraged to apply.
n

Requirements

n

n
- QLD Driver's Licence (reliable transport essential)
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Experience with hand and power tools
n

n

First Aid and Cert III in Landscaping are advantageous but not essential.

n
