Decode Group is seeking a skilled Finishes Site Foreman to lead the finishing stages of residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. You will work with the Site Manager and Project Manager to coordinate programs, manage trades, and ensure high quality finishes on time and safely.

Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, defects, handover readiness, and mentoring site teams while maintaining a productive, secure work environment.
