The Role

n

You will join a fun, hardworking and energetic housekeeping team who are responsible for ensuring all hotel linen, employee uniforms and guest items are in good repair.

n

Day to Day

n

n
- To provide a professional and courteous service at all times
n
- To count and check that Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning items correspond with the completed Laundry & Dry Cleaning docket
n
- To liaise with Laundry Service Provider in relation of Laundry and Dry Cleaning procedures
n
- To efficient use of washing machines and dryers to launder guest items and staff uniform
n
- To perform handwashing of delicate or specialty items when necessary, ensuring careful handling and proper cleaning
n
- To allocate uniforms to new employee and to inspect all uniforms to ensure they are maintained in good repair.
n
- To Inspect all uniforms to ensure they are in good order and are maintained in good repair,



ensuring hems, zippers, buttons and any other repairs are attended to.

Qualifications

n

n
- A good understanding of English so that you can communicate with each other and our Guests.
n
- Not have any issues bending, lifting and walking for long periods.
n
- Be adaptable enough so that you can work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
n
