What the role looks like

n

We are seeking retail professionals to join the busy team at our Toorak and Malvern Stores. Your focus will be on providing quality products and service to our loyal customers.

n

We have positions available for a few hours per week up to full-time hours.

n

- Retail sales and customer service
n
- Food preparation and preparing trays for the display cabinets
n




- Merchandising and restocking of grocery items
n
- Maintaining a high standard of store, product and personal presentation
n
- Upholding health, safety and hygiene standards
n

Applicants must have:

n

n
- Experience working in any retail food environment previously
n
- Customer service skills - a friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
n
- Represent the company positively and professionally in interactions with customers and the general public
n
- The ability to offer cooking advice to our customers is a bonus skill to have!
n
- Committed to learning our products and being able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Energetic team player who prides themselves on personal presentation
