InLife in Victoria offers disability support roles with regular shifts and flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers. After induction, pay is $44.54 per hour on weekdays, with salary packaging benefits.

We support over 250 clients and value independence and dignity. This role requires high physical support, complex medical needs, and a robust commitment to a team approach.
