NHS Scotland is seeking two Lead Health & Social Care Support Workers (Band 4) to join the Care at Home team serving South Skye and Lochalsh. Each position is 22.65 hours per week, with a 4 on/4 off rotation and a robust focus on person-centred care.

As senior team members, you'll work with greater autonomy, supervise colleagues, and contribute to delivering high standards of care. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with supervision and training provided.
