Mondaa Group Pty Ltd is a construction business operating across NSW, specialised provider of steel fixing and post-tensioning services, offering expert solutions for concrete structures across various sectors. Since its inception in 2017, we have built a reputation for delivering projects with the highest skilled standards, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled and fully qualified Formwork Carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position with 38-hour basic weeks.

About the Role

n

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Formwork Carpenter to join our growing construction team. You will be responsible for building, assembling, and dismantling formwork structures for concrete pours on a variety of projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities

n

For this role, you will be responsible for:

n

- Build, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and alignment to project specifications.
n
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
n
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber/metal formwork materials
n
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
n
- Ensuring all work meets quality,



safety, and compliance standards
n
- Assisting with concrete pours and site preparation as required
n
- Making formwork from timber, plywood, plastic, and steel as per shop drawings
n
- Selecting and ordering materials required and preparing layouts
n

About You

n

For this role, you will have:

n

n
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent experience (AQF Certificate III or IV in the relevant field)
n
- Proven experience in civil and commercial structure construction: 2 years (required)
n
- Clear understanding of concrete structure construction
n
- Able to read and interpret both formwork and steel reinforcement drawings
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Machinery experience: 2 years (Preferred)
n
- Safety procedures knowledgePositive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in an inclusive team
n
- Valid Driving License and transport desirable
n

Salary: Starting at $75,000 - $95,000 per year, negotiable on experience and skill set
