Eco Elite is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections and convert interest into booked appointments.

n

You will work with warm inbound leads and targeted follow-ups, not endless lists of completely cold numbers. Our customers have already expressed interest in reducing their power bills; your job is to qualify them and secure the appointment.

What's on offer

$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

n

$80,000–$120,000+ OTE

n

Around $150 average commission per successful install.

n

Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm

n

Coaching, incentives and recognition

Progression into senior sales, closing and leadership roles

What you'll bring

n

Proven success in appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales

n

Confidence handling objections and asking for the appointment

n

A competitive, resilient and results-focused approach

n

Strong follow-up habits and a willingness to be coached

n

Experience in solar, energy, telco, insurance, retention or telemarketing is highly regarded, but not required proven phone-sales/phone-ability matters most.
