We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian to join our large, established medical practice and become an integral part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dietitian who enjoys working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and patients to deliver individualised, evidence-based nutrition care.

n

The Role

n

As our Dietitian, you will provide professional nutrition assessment, counselling and management across a diverse patient population. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with patients and work closely with our medical and allied health teams to support positive health outcomes.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments and developing individualised management plans.
n
- Providing evidence-based dietary advice and education.
n
- Supporting patients with chronic disease, weight management and preventative health.
n
- Working collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
n




- Maintaining accurate clinical records and meeting professional standards.
n
- Supporting health promotion and patient education initiatives.
n
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with patients and the broader practice team.
n

We are looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia.
n
- Experienced in, or enthusiastic about, working in a primary care or medical practice environment.
n
- Patient-focused, approachable and an excellent communicator.
n
- Able to work autonomously while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check.
n
- Hold current CPR certification.
n
