Brisbane Water Bitumen is seeking an experienced Asphalt & Civil Foreman to join our team on the NSW Central Coast. You will lead a hands-on crew, organise sites, and ensure safety and quality standards across asphalt paving, roadworks and civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate will coordinate crews, plant, materials and daily site activities, possess a White Card and Australian driver's licence, and show robust leadership and problem-solving abilities.
