Jet Aviation is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead a team of instructional professionals in a highly regulated defence aviation setting. You will oversee the MTO training framework and ensure compliance with applicable DASR/EASA/CASA requirements across multiple sites.

You will manage Part 145/147 training packages, develop assessment strategies and courseware, and mentor staff while coordinating with Defence stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
