ExecThread is seeking a Vice President to join its Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance team in Australia and New Zealand. The role leads origination and execution of event and non-event driven financings, with a focus on risk management and client outcomes.

You will drive pitch preparation, negotiate terms, and coordinate internal submissions while building a network of external stakeholders and maintaining robust financial models and analytics.
