About the Role

As a Processing Team Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding your team to bring our iconic doughnuts to life - finishing, decorating, packing, and preparing them for our stores and customers. You'll lead by example in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in everything your team does.

n

Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, you'll support daily operations, inspire Wonder, invite team input, and create a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed.

What You'll Be Getting Up To

n

n
- Leading and supporting your team to meet daily production targets
n
- Ensuring all doughnuts meet Krispy Kreme quality and presentation standards
n
- Coordinating workflow and staffing to keep shifts running smoothly
n
- Coaching, training, and developing Team Members on shift
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment while upholding WHS and food safety standards
n
- Monitoring performance, addressing issues,



and escalating where needed
