THE POSITION

n

Due to continued growth Tait is seeking a experienced Factory Hand and driver to work the day shift ASAP.

n

Position is available on a Full time, Permanent or Casual basis.

n

Hours of Work

n

A standard 38-hour week, with seasonal overtime opportunity.

n

General hours are Monday to Thursday 6.00am – 2:30pm and Friday 6.00pm – 12.00pm

n

Successful candidates will possess the following Qualities, Skills, and Experience:

n

Requirements -

n

n
- Ensure completion of scheduled work, safety guidelines and maintaining tidy workplaces
n
- Assembly of components / furniture and packaging of products.
n
- Preparation of products for powder coating
n
- Read drawings and work orders for details of job.
n
- A high-level of attention to detail.
n
- Strong work ethic: be reliable,



punctual and committed to the operational requirements of the business.
n
- Ability to establish a healthy working relationship with fellow employees.
n
- Physical fitness, as you will be on your feet and moving, in a factory environment most of the day. Heavy lifting is required
n
- Full working rights to work in Australia.
n
- Previous experience in hand spraying powder coating, and operating ovens / booths. .
n
- Previous experience with hand tools.
