Careseekers is seeking a part time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The role is approximately 20 hours per week across multiple days, with a hybrid work environment.
You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering friendly, accurate guidance to help them use the Careseekers platform. Success hinges on outstanding verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and comfort working across our bespoke platform and other systems
