HECSA is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join our Murarrie-based team, supporting the Aged Care, Community, and Disability sectors. You will handle orders, respond to inquiries, and maintain CRM with a focus on first-call resolutions.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work autonomously or with the team, bringing excellent verbal and written communication and a can-do attitude. Prior healthcare exposure is a plus.
