Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience
n
- Act as the senior manager on duty, handling any guest enquiries, complaints, or incidents with professionalism and efficiency
n
- Conduct night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy across financial reporting and system reconciliation
n
- Maintain a robust presence in the lobby and key guest areas, delivering a high level of personalised service
n
- Ensure all security, safety, and WHS procedures are followed, including incident management and reporting
n
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure operational readiness for the following day
n
- Monitor arrivals, departures, and room allocations to ensure optimal guest flow
n
- Lead and support the overnight team, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
n
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, acting as the key point of contact overnight
n
- Prepare and distribute relevant daily reports and handovers for senior leadership
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or senior Front Office role within a hotel environment
n
- Strong understanding of night audit processes, financial reconciliation, and hotel systems
n
- Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to manage complex situations confidently
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to lead and influence a team
n
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and remain calm under pressure
n
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, safety, and compliance standards
n
- A proactive, hands‐on approach with a strong sense of accountability
n
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g. Opera or similar) highly regarded
n
