Temporary full time opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support purposeful and outcome focused engagement that is inclusive for all abilities and culturally appropriate.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people including dealing with sensitive issues.
- Enable and support staff to use engagement methodologies and tools to partner with consumers.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of Consumer & Community Engagement 2026-28
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate engagement events such as focus groups and forums.
- Participate in innovation, research and evaluation related to consumer engagement to apply effective engagement and co-design methodology.
