Argo Natural Resources is seeking an experienced ERZ Controller Lead/Undermanager to lead the protected, compliant, and productive operation of our underground mine. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, statutory oversight, and take control in the Mine Manager’s absence.

You will lead Deputies and Supervisors, coordinate people and resources, and drive safety while delivering results in a dynamic environment. If you are a decisive, people‑oriented leader, we’d like to hear from you.
